We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where the service is abused, misused, or used unlawfully.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing credits or subscribing to recurring billing, you authorise Stripe to process payments using your selected payment method.

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

We do not store card or payment details on our servers.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds may not be provided once credits, downloads, or generated files have been used.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Generated Artwork & User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated files before use.

Generated vector artwork may occasionally contain unexpected formatting issues, unsupported font behaviour, character rendering issues or other visual anomalies.

Certain fonts, symbols, unicode characters, or unsupported character sets may not render correctly in all situations. You should carefully inspect all generated artwork and, where appropriate, obtain approval from the final customer or print provider before production. We are not responsible for print errors, production costs, customer losses, or damages resulting from unchecked artwork files.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Resell, duplicate, or exploit the service without permission

Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and operational, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or technical problems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Production or printing costs
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Errors within generated artwork files
• Temporary service interruptions
